You pay once if the girls outgrow the free flock, I never see your numbers, and your records stay countable and exportable either way. That's the whole business model: build a tool coop keepers keep, charge for it once, keep it working.

Is my flock's data really private?

Yes — structurally, not just by promise. EggBasket has no accounts, no analytics, and no servers of ours. Your records live on your phone and, if you turn sync on, in your own private iCloud, which is tied to your Apple Account and technically inaccessible to us. On the App Store that reads simply: Data Not Collected.

What's included without paying?

Your first flock — up to six hens — includes every feature, nothing held back: logging, stats, share cards, the evening reminder, iCloud sync, backup and CSV export. A single one-time unlock adds unlimited flocks and hens, Insights, and photo notes on every hen — no subscription, ever.

New phone — do I pay again?

No. The unlock is tied to your Apple Account: tap Restore Purchases on the new phone and you're in. Your records follow via your private iCloud or a backup file.
